NORKA - the factory for specie lighting technology, founded in 1948, from the beginning concentrated on manufacturing waterproof and dustproof luminaires.
Until today a large assortment of technical lighting for fluorescent lamps and high pressure lamps has resulted from this.
From the very beginning, all designs and developments have taken place in house. Samples and tools for the luminaires are developed in our own tool shop.
That is how luminaire production develops today, from the CAD draft to the finished product - everything in-house.
We have been especially affected by lighting technology.
Up to today, in the field of fluorescent luminaires, reflector tubes are still the ideal supplement for improving the economic use of lighting facilities. With the internal alluminium reflector a remarkable increase in light performance is achieved in comparison to bare tube luminaires.

We can respond to individual customer requests and problems. This creates applications which are customised and precisely tailored to the customer. With our modern machinery we are capable of producing these as single pieces or in large series, cost efficiently and on short notice.
